The first phase of Woodbury Glen was finished in 2006.  The last phase was completed in 2016.

Woodbury Glen consists of 68 units, 17 buildings on a ¼ mile, private cul-de-sac street with flowering trees lining the street in springtime.

All units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, handicap accessible, offering two different sizes with approximate square footage of 1,114 or 1,528.  All units have a two car garage.

Woodbury Glen is located in Hartville off of State Route 43/Prospect Avenue, close to shopping, eateries, and the famous Hartville Kitchen/Hardware and Flea Market.


This is a smaller, quiet, peaceful, pet friendly neighborhood, where most residents know each other by name.  Neighbors respect the privacy of others and also come together to lend a helping hand or support when someone is in need.

Unit owners gather monthly at area restaurants for an evening of good food, friendship, and plenty of laughter.


The Board consists of 5 members.  The Board members are elected at the Condo Association annual meeting in May.  The elected officials serve 3-year renewable terms.

Board members being unit owners also have a vested interest in ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful allotment.  Financially responsible decisions are made for the overall good and long term benefits of Woodbury Glen.
